Campus Recruiting Program
Visiting UCLA Anderson allows your company to build a presence with the student body.  You have the unique opportunity to meet students and market your company, products and/or services.

  • Company Events- Interaction with our students and building a strong presence on campus are very important components in recruiting. Employer briefings, corporate presentations and receptions provide you with the opportunity to connect with our students. Click here to learn more.
    • Company Events for the Class of 2010 & 2011 begin October 5, 2009
    • Catering: Please contact your Account Manager if you would like to have your presentations catered. All catering requests should be communicated two weeks prior to your event. Please click here to view catering options.
  • On-Campus Interviewing- On-campus interviewing is ideal for firms that are able to anticipate their hiring needs well in advance. Interviews take place in the offices of the Parker CMC, and our staff facilitates the logistics of establishing the interview schedules. For more details, click here.     • Class of 2010 Full-time Position Interviews begin October 19, 2009
    • Class of 2011 Summer Internship Interviews begin January 12, 2010
  • Virtual Interviewing- The  Parker CMC installed the Polycom HDX 4002 video conferencing/interviewing system.  This interviewing equipment enables recruiters, who are unable to visit campus, to virtually interview students. The Polycom HDX 4002 offers high-definition video experience and uses common video standards and protocols, such as H.264, H.263++, H.261, and H.239. Resume Collections                                                                                                                                                  For companies preferring a more relaxed recruiting process, we recommend the resume collection option. We will send out a notice via e-mail to the appropriate student audience containing the job description along with the timelines for correspondence.  We are happy to assist you and provide interview rooms on campus, should you wish to follow up with on-campus interviews. Parker CMC Classifieds
Companies can post full-time, part-time/projects, summer and unpaid positions on UCLA Anderson’s Parker CMC Intranet site at no cost. These postings are accessible by Anderson students and alumni only. Posted openings range from entry-level MBA positions to senior management positions geared toward alumni. Open positions can be posted at any time of the year. Resume Books
Companies can access resumes from students interested in full-time positions and summer internships. These online resume books have fully searchable profiles and resumes that allow you to search for candidates by a variety of criteria including years of work experience, language skills, geographic preferences, resume key word search ,etc. Recruiters can order the Class of 2010 & 2011 in advance by clicking here.   • Class of 2011 Summer Internship Resume Books will be available to employers on November 19, 2009

In addition to these books, UCLA Anderson produces an Experienced MBA Resume Book. Current students from the Fully-Employed MBA and Executive MBA programs, as well as UCLA Anderson alumni, upload their resume into this book.
